Hair transplantation by Fue (follicular units).
The grafts to be removed from the donor site with the FUE method during hair transplantation are carefully and individually removed with cylindrical micro-inserts (Micro Motor or Manuel Punch ) of 0.7 and 0.8 mm in diameter. Grafts are stored in a so-called “hyposol liquid” at +4 to 10 degrees. For the transplantation, the canals are opened at a depth of about 3 mm and the hair roots are carefully transplanted. The completion time of the operation is 6 to 9 hours in all stages.
Choi / DHI (Direct Hair Implant) Hair Transplantation
This method can be performed before opening the canal, i.e. without incision and without shaving the hair. For the transplantation, the necessary grafts are taken from the donor area and simultaneously processed with the Choi (Pencil) technique. The hair follicles are carefully transplanted one by one with a special medical instrument called the Choi Implanter by the specialist to certain correct angle and direction, carefully using the pushing method of the needle. The operations performed with the DHI method are more demanding and take longer than the FUE method.
Micro Fue Sapphire Hair Transplantation
Instead of the metal (steel) tip blades used in the FUE technique when opening the canals, this is one of the precious metals that is made of sapphire and does not affect the skin structure. Special blades are used.
Thanks to these special sapphire-tipped tools (1.0, 1.3 and 1.5 mm), smaller microchannels can be opened in the area where hair follicles are planted.

Hair transplantation through Fue (follicular units).
First, the hair is shaved with a complete hair machine. Once the front hairline is determined, a local anaesthetic is applied to the donor area where the hair follicles are received, i.e. the neck area where the hair is densest and the hair grafts decided to be removed are carefully and individually removed with the ” micro motor ” device, which contains cylindrical micro tips with a diameter of 0.7 and 0.8 mm; they are separated, left in a solution and planted in the areas by opening channels at a depth of 3 mm. The completion time of the operation takes 6 to 9 hours in all stages.
Micro FUE Sapphire Hair Transplantation
The FUE technique uses special blades with crystal tips made of sapphire instead of metal (steel) ends when opening channels. Thanks to these special tools, smaller microchannels are planted in the area of the hair follicles without damaging the tissue. The hair follicles are given angles and the grafting becomes more frequent and intensive. Due to the very successful results of the operations, the natural appearance of the hair can be achieved even better. It is a method that may be preferred by those with sensitivity to metal or allergies.
Hair transplantation with this method allows more successful results for people with
advanced hair loss.
Beard and moustache transplantation
With the Fue or Choi/DHI technique, the hair follicles are individually selected from the beard area and the nape of the neck, if possible, and the correct angles and directions are individually identified and inserted. The tips are used from 0.6-0.8 mm and therefore no injuries occur at the openings. Due to the very small holes, small blood clots form in these areas and these are lost in a week. The transplantation of beard and moustache takes 4 to 6 hours depending on the number of grafts to be planted. 1000 to 3000 grafts are sufficient to achieve the desired appearance in people without beards.

Choi / DHI (Direct Hair Implant) Hair Transplantation
There are no piercing procedures. For the transplantation, the necessary grafts are taken from the donor area and processed simultaneously with the Choi (Pencil) technique. The hair follicles taken from the donor area are gradually implanted with the special medical instrument ( Choi Implanter or Choi Pen ) at the correctly determined angle and direction. Since the time to keep the grafts out is too short, the health and quality of the hair follicles are maximised and no undesirable results are noted. This technique is the most preferred method of hair transplantation for women as the hair is not shaved.
Hair transplantation for women
Hair transplantation for women differs slightly from men. While men’s hair is completely shaved during hair transplantation, only a small area in the donor area is shaved in women. Since women’s hair is long, this small area is camouflaged after the operation. The hair in this area grows in a short time and the appearance becomes normal. The grafts can be easily removed with a micromotor procedure or with a Choi pen according to the technique used (FUE, Choi DHI, Micro FUE Sapphire). Once our specialist has decided how many hair follicles are to be transplanted, he takes out the required amount from this area.
After the collection of hair follicles is complete, the planting phase begins. The hair in the hair transplant area is not cut. Sparse areas are obvious and there is comfortable planting. For women, hair transplantation is easier than for men and the success rate is higher than for men.
Eyebrow transplant
First, the person shows our expert the model of eyebrow they want and it is carefully traced with a pencil. After determining how many hair follicles are to be transplanted, the hair follicles are taken from the donor area with the micro motor device using the FUE method and transplanted individually into the areas of eyebrow loss with the correct angle using the 0.06-0.07 mm special needle called a punch. Eyebrow transplantation is not only used to intensify eyebrows but also to change the shape of eyebrows.
The treatment takes between 1-2 hours.
