Hair transplantation for women
In order to prevent hair loss, natural ways of trying to reduce hair loss include medication, minoxidil application, mesotherapy, vitamin supplements. If there is no change or short term normalisation and then starts again and the condition remains the same, no result is achieved with these methods, male pattern hair loss (androgenetic alopecia) occurs and the only remedy is hair transplantation. Furthermore, in case of hair loss due to excessive age, hair transplantation is necessary.
Hair transplantation for women
In women, the hair transplant process is slightly different from men: hair is completely shaved during hair transplant surgery, whereas in women, hair is cut off. This small area opened after the operation of women’s hair is camouflaged, after this operation the hair in this area is lengthened and the appearance returns to normal.
After local anaesthesia, healthy grafts can be easily taken with a micromotor or with a Choi Pen. Once our expert has decided how many hair follicles should be planted, he collects the required amount from that area.
This procedure takes 1.5 hours for an average of 2000 grafts, i.e. 5000 strands of hair, and as with the entire operation, there is absolutely no pain during this time. It can only get a little boring if you have to stand still for a long time with your head tilted forward.
According to the technique used (FUE, Choi DHI, Micro FUE Sapphire), the hair follicles are brought into the planting phase after collection.
As mentioned at the beginning, no pain is felt at this stage. No hair is cut in the region where the plantation is performed.
After the operation is completed, the back part of the hair and the front part of the hair are sealed with an adhesive tape, which is removed after one day and the first wash is performed.
Hair transplantation is easier for women than for men, while the success rate is much higher than for men.
